ESF+ EaSI Strand: Social Innovation Practices to combat homelessness

This call for proposals seeks to endorse creative projects and/or policy measures aimed at addressing the challenges of homelessness and housing exclusion. Some of these measures may revolve around prevention strategies, access to housing, including housing-led approaches and enabling services, as well as building the capacity of local stakeholders involved in preventing and combating homelessness. The mandatory activity, called ‘Social experimentation interventions’, could cover the following activities, but it is not restricted to them: (1) Piloting inventive projects and practices addressing homelessness and housing exclusion, which involves rigorous evaluation frameworks and the exploration of new service delivery methods (2) Collaboration among public authorities at different levels and engagement with diverse stakeholders, such as civil society organizations and social housing providers (3) Integrated approaches covering prevention, housing access, and enabling services (4) Establishing innovative multi-level governance structures (5) Exploring innovative funding options and fostering collaboration to address homelessness and housing exclusion.
