7.2. Prečo táto kapitola

The Helpdesk project conducted several surveys among social service providers in order to understand the current situation and needs in respect to the experience with EU projects and access to EU funding. The extensive survey reports are available on the website, however, it might be useful for a MOOC participant to get simplified information and insights. Our goal is to encourage organisations and point out some challenges that others, even more experienced, face. The chapter is short and should make you aware of the funding landscape. We also use this information to actively communicate the situation and obstacles to the European Commission.

The survey received information from 380 respondents (organisations) from all 27 EU member states.
