Glavni cilj
Povećati korištenje ESF+ i ERDF
HELPDESK je dvogodišnji projekt (svibanj 2022. – travanj 2024.) koji financira Europska komisija, a čiji je cilj pokrenuti građevne blokove za Helpdesk za socijalne usluge. Krajnji cilj ovog projekta je povećati korištenje sredstava ESF+ (Europski socijalni fond Plus) i ERDF (Europski fond za regionalni razvoj) od strane socijalnih službi te olakšati pružateljima socijalnih usluga pristup tim sredstvima.
Pokretanjem sastavnih dijelova Helpdeska za socijalne usluge, projekti namjeravaju:
1.
Podržati socijalne usluge u pristupu i korištenju EU fondova (osobito ESF+ i ERDF)
2.
Pomoći upravljačkim tijelima u korištenju EU fondova za financiranje kvalitetnih intervencija u području socijalnih usluga.
