Introduction

Within the framework of the Helpdesk project, the European Ageing Network (EAN), partner of the project, will be organizing a series of 3 workshops focused on facilitating the access of EU funds in the field of elderly care. The first workshop will take place online on the 28th of June 2023 from 10.00 – 12.30.

One of the challenges social services face is complex procedures to access, use and report on EU funds. Therefore, these workshops are aimed at simplification. The workshops will look into template for simplified project application and budget, standardised calls for proposals and simplified reporting procedures.

The 3 workshops will mainly focus on the following topics:

Topic 1: Project Application Form and Call for Proposal

Topic 2: Project Budget (usage of SCOs)

Topic 3: Project Reporting

You can find the agenda of the workshop here. The workshops will be guided by the expert Jan Hauser (European Development Agency, Czechia)
