Is it possible to talk to a real person in the HELPDESK project?
We currently provide only online support. Contact us through the online support form or write an email to us. If you want to talk to a real person, we suggest you contact the Managing Authority in your country.
Our organisation has a project idea. Can you help us write the proposal?
The HELPDESK project has been designed to provide advice and consultations for specific questions. We can answer your specific questions but you will need to write the proposal.
We are looking for project partners. Can you help us with the search?
Yes, this is something we can facilitate. First, refer to the section on building partnerships. The project will then distribute the information through the partner networks and ask the interested parties to contact you directly.
Can you provide us with an expert that would help our team write the project proposal?
We cannot provide you with the HELPDESK project staff, we can only provide you with targeted advice.
Can your project provide us with financial support?
No, the Helpdesk project is not a financial mechanism, its main purpose is to facilitate information and advice on specific questions.
We do not speak English. Can HELPDESK provide guidance in a local language?
If you write to us in your local language, we will ask the partner network to provide you with answers in your local language as well.
